Why do people buy their tickets through us?
We always tell our customers to check with the box office first.  If the box office is sold out or giving out undesirable seats, then come back and
see us.  Our ticket marketplace not only includes tickets to sold out events, but also includes many of the best seats in the house.

Where do we get our tickets?
The majority are provided by season ticket holders who consign their extra tickets with us.  Additionally, some customers consign their extra
single event tickets with us as well.  We also belong to a network of companies similar to ours across the nation, in which we pool our
inventories together to create the wide selection of tickets you see on our website. You are buying tickets from a third party; neither
TicketRequest.com nor TicketRequest, Inc. is the ticket seller.

Why are some of our tickets above the face value printed on the ticket?
We carry premium tickets to in demand or sold out events.  You are buying tickets from a third party; neither TicketRequest.com nor
TicketRequest, Inc. is the ticket seller. Ticket prices are set by the seller and may differ from face value. The prices reflect current market price
for the particular event.  Prices are set by ticket demand, availability and market conditions. Prices may be at, above or below face value.

Do we offer consignments to customers who have extra event tickets to sell?
Yes, we would display your tickets on our website and through our various sales channels at your asking price (a wholesale price will be
suggested).  We would not be purchasing your tickets, but would be helping you sell them.  If your tickets sell, you will be compensated your
asking price minus our fee.  Please note, in order to ensure that the tickets are authentic, you will need to be the original purchaser (you will need
to provide a proof of purchase receipt) as well as required to leave a credit card on file that will be charged the amount of the sale if the tickets
are found to be invalid.  If interested, please

Are our tickets guaranteed?
We back up all of our tickets with our Exclusive Worry Free Guarantee.

Once tickets are purchased, can they be shipped immediately?
It depends on the particular tickets you purchased.  Some tickets are not ready to ship until a certain date.

Are there any extra charges/fees in addition to the price on our website?
We charge a 10% processing fee in addition to the price of the tickets.

Do we offer better deals or prices on tickets on the day of the event?
Waiting until the day of an event to purchase tickets can be risky.  The secondary ticket industry is like the stock market and prices are based on
availability and demand.  If you wait, the price can go up, down or remain the same.  By waiting, you take a chance of not being able to get
tickets or paying more than what you would have paid initially.  Keep in mind that due to market driven price fluctuations, we can not honor prices
that were quoted at an earlier date.

What happens when an event is cancelled or postponed?
In the case of an event being cancelled in its entirety, you are entitled to a full refund minus any processing fees and shipping charges.  For
postponements, you will need to hold on to your tickets and you will be notified of the rescheduled date at which point your original tickets will be
honored.  If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we do not offer refunds.  However, you do have the option of placing your tickets on
consignment with us (see above).  Please note that we are not responsible for changes in opening acts, therefore refunds will not be offered.

Can tickets be shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address?
No, but you can if you fill out our credit card authorization form and provide copies of your credit card front & back and matching photo i.d.  For a

What happens if tickets are lost or stolen?
Tickets are almost impossible to replace.  Please keep your tickets in a safe, dry place. Please safeguard them as you would any valuable.

Why are there some tickets that are not as good, yet have a higher price?
Our inventory is a marketplace made up of different sellers all of whom set their own asking price.

Can tickets be picked up at will call at or near the venue on the day of the event?
It varies depending on the event and venue.  In some cases there is an extra charge for this service.  The tickets will be placed under the name
of the person who purchased the tickets and matching photo i.d. will need to be shown.

Do we offer returns or exchanges?
Unless the event was cancelled in its entirety, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
